Hospitality

1 Peter 4:9-10 (NIV) 9  Offer hospitality to one another without grumbling. 10  Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms.

James 2:15-17 (NIV) 15  Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. 16  If one of you says to him, "Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed," but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? 17  In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.

Mark 9:41 (NIV) I tell you the truth, anyone who gives you a cup of water in my name because you belong to Christ will certainly not lose his reward.

Acts 20:35 (NIV)  In everything I did, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words the Lord Jesus himself said: 'It is more blessed to give than to receive.'"
