The truth is not always easy to hear

Psalm 8:2 (NIV) From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise because of your enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger.

One night, my 5-year-old hugged me and said, "I love you, Mommy, but I love God more." I was pleased and told her, "That's the way it should be, Katie."  But then she added, "I love God more because he's never boring and sometimes you're a little boring, Mom."  —Mary H., Lewisville, Texas, "Life in Our House,"
