Slaves to the slavery of bigotry

Deuteronomy 15:15 (NIV) Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and the LORD your God redeemed you. That is why I give you this command today.

Jeremiah 34:8 (NIV) The word came to Jeremiah from the LORD after King Zedekiah had made a covenant with all the people in Jerusalem to proclaim freedom for the slaves.
