Unbelief is fatal

Genesis 19:14 (NIV) So Lot went out and spoke to his sons-in-law, who were pledged to marry his daughters. He said, "Hurry and get out of this place, because the LORD is about to destroy the city!" But his sons-in-law thought he was joking.

2 Kings 7:2 (NIV) The officer on whose arm the king was leaning said to the man of God, "Look, even if the LORD should open the floodgates of the heavens, could this happen?" "You will see it with your own eyes," answered Elisha, "but you will not eat any of it!"

Luke 22:67 (NIV) "If you are the Christ," they said, "tell us." Jesus answered, "If I tell you, you will not believe me. . ."

John 12:37 (NIV) Even after Jesus had done all these miraculous signs in their presence, they still would not believe in him.
