God guides us-- Psalm 16:7 (NIV) I will praise the LORD, who counsels me; even at night my heart instructs me.
Ask God for guidance-- Psalm 25:4-5 (NIV) 4 Show me your ways, O LORD, teach me your paths; 5 guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long.
God will direct you-- Psalm 48:14 (NIV) For this God is our God for ever and ever; he will be our guide even to the end.
God works everything out for his plan-- Proverbs 16:4 (TEV) Everything the LORD has made has its destiny; and the destiny of the wicked is destruction.
God directs events in our life-- Acts 16:6-10 (TEV) 6 They traveled through the region of Phrygia and Galatia because the Holy Spirit did not let them preach the message in the province of Asia. 7 When they reached the border of Mysia, they tried to go into the province of Bithynia, but the Spirit of Jesus did not allow them. 8 So they traveled right on through Mysia and went to Troas. 9 That night Paul had a vision in which he saw a Macedonian standing and begging him, "Come over to Macedonia and help us!" 10 As soon as Paul had this vision, we got ready to leave for Macedonia, because we decided that God had called us to preach the Good News to the people there.
God gives wisdom for making decisions-- James 1:2-3 (TEV) 2 My friends, consider yourselves fortunate when all kinds of trials come your way, 3 for you know that when your faith succeeds in facing such trials, the result is the ability to endure.
